Group Tour FAQs

Can you cater for engineers or other special interest groups?

• Our guide team has a wide variety of expertise and we often provide tours for engineers, historians and geologists. Please let us know if there is an aspect of the bridge or Bristol you are particularly interested in at the time of booking.
• We can also tailor tours for Scouts, Guides and Brownies. Please speak to us about your topic of interest or badge requirements.

Will the tour be suitable for people with mobility issues?

• Our Bridge Tour is accessible to those with limited mobility. The footway can accomodate wheelchairs, and your Guide will move at the best pace for your group.
• Benches are available on both tower approaches and abutments.
• The Hard Hat Tours require walking down a stepped footpath and climbing a ladder. An Access Guide is available.
• Please see our Accessibility Guide and let us know in advance if there is anything we can do to make your visit more comfortable.

Do you cater for groups with English as a second language?

• We can present tours in English for non-native speakers and have limited capacity for tours in other languages. Please contact us with your requirements.
