Make a claim for multiple charges made to your contactless card
Payments with a contactless card may appear on your bank statement or in your notifications several days after you have crossed the bridge. This is due to the payment processing methods of our provider. If you have made multiple journeys during this time, you may see several payments come out of your bank at the same time.
